Dr. Kiki Baker Barnes, aka The Athletics Strategist™, became the athletic director of Dillard University in 2006, helping facilitate the revival of the athletics program post-Katrina. Under Dr. Barnes’ strategic leadership, Dillard’s athletics program has seen tremendous growth resulting in the establishment of additional sports teams and the university’s first endowed athletic scholarship. She now helps college athletic programs and administrators improve their operational efficiency, productivity and organizational management through strategic planning and leadership development.
